Four struggling couples attend a wellness retreat led by Dr. Sellers. Melonie and Derrick struggle with issues of infidelity, Omar and Sonya struggle with commitment, Chastity and Monae have differing opinions on parenthood, and Stephanie and Delvin are struggling with their intimacy.
