23-year-old student Alyona returns from Moscow to Yakutsk after learning that her mother has gone missing. Alyona begins to investigate the disappearance, and the trail leads her to a small remote village named Symyr. She travels to Symyr in search of her mother, only to discover that evil spirits roam the land.
