Buddha Palm

Long Jianbei wants money to save his sick little sister and learns that the mysterious Black Feather Gang is running experiments attempting to create superhumans. Long Jianbei participates in the experiment for money but loses control over the power inside his body. An old man approaches him saying that he can learn how to drive the power by mastering the "palm of buddha" technique.
