About

Writing for Healing is an invitation to return to yourself - one honest page at a time.Rooted in the spirit of the Twelve Steps of Healing and Recovery, this guided journal blends reflective writing prompts and poetry prompts designed to help readers explore pain, resilience, accountability, forgiveness, and hope. Each section offers gentle direction without pressure, creating space for truth-telling, self-discovery, and emotional release.Built on the belief that creative writing is a powerful tool for healing, Writing for Healing serves as both a companion and a refuge. It can be used alongside professional therapy, support groups, or spiritual practice - or as a grounding resource during seasons when formal support may not be accessible. No writing experience is required; only a willingness to show up with honesty and an open heart.Whether you are navigating recovery, grief, trauma, or personal transformation, this book offers a safe place to process your story and reclaim your voice. Through journaling and poetry, readers are encouraged not to rush healing - but to write their way through it.This book is not about perfection. It is about presence. It is about healing - one word at a time.
