The School Carnival from the Black Lagoon

Every class has to come up with an idea for a booth at the school carnival. Too bad Hubie's class has chosen a dunking booth. And they want him to be the one who gets dunked! Boy is he sunk because he can't even swim! And to top it all off, there might be sharks in at the bottom of the tank! Yikes!
