Owen is an owl that cannot "hoot." He is banished from the forest because of his inability to make an owl "hoot." The night of the contest to determine the best "hooter" in the forest Owen is looking on, not part of the group. He notices a shadow and realized it is a wolf sneaking up on three baby owls that had fallen out of their nest. He lets out a giant "hoot" and saves the day. He is awarded first prize in the hooting contest. The moral of the story is not everybody learns at the same rate. The audio includes every word in the eBook and a musical background.
