Charlotte isn't anything special, but the woods behind her house certainly are. That's because they're full of magic: magical talking trees, magical fluffy creatures, magical not-so-fluffy creatures, and, unfortunately, a magical sickness threatening to destroy it all. Charlotte inevitably finds herself pulled into the struggle to save, well, everything. But of course she gets in way over her head, and it seems like there is nothing that can save her.
