Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, I had solid, working-class parents and excellent country childhood experiences, living in the freedom of open space. I have taught at various colleges throughout Canada. I have had brief jail time in five countries; Canada, Texas, France, Turks and Caicos, and a brief state sponsored residence in Istanbul - all of it a learning experience (worst stay - Istanbul and distant second -Turks and Caicos).I live with my wife in a small town in Ontario. My children are grown; one of them a PHD candidate and the other, a soldier - Proud of them both. I don't know how they survived me.I have two published novels; 'Bozidar' and 'Last of the Good Guys'.
