Now that the invaders seem to have disappeared, tourism is the main occupation in Elsewhere. Tiny nekos are put on display and many people become unhappy and sick. Sebastien knows the soul of the city is dying. What can the elves and tiny nekos do to save the soul of Elsewhere before it's too late?
