"The Day After Death" is a 1904 work by French writer Louis Figuier that explores the subject of death and what happens when we die, with reference to contemporary science and philosophy. Louis Figuier (1819-1894) was a French writer and scientist. The nephew of Pierre-Oscar Figuier, he became Professor of chemistry at L'Ecole de pharmacie of Montpellier.
