She founded the Rowell Foster Children Positive Plan in 2000 to give emotional and financial support to foster children. She is the author of The Women Who Raised Me, a memoir about her own experience as a foster child. She is the co-author of Tag, Toss & Run with Paul Tukey.
Paul Tukey is the co-author of Tag, Toss & Run with Victoria Rowell, and the author of The Organic Lawn Care Manual. He is the national spokesperson for SafeLawns, a nonprofit advocacy group for chemical-free lawn care.
