The Rowan Institute for Gifted Youth often feels more like a prison to Bailey Lowe than a spy academy. That opinion doesn't change when he meets Oliver, a new student shackled to the Institute by his ties to the outside world. Nor does it change when he meets Lucien, a charming and seemingly well-meaning barista that has taken a suspicious shine to him.
