In this book, Pat has planted 33 seeds for readers to nurture and bring to fruition. An alchemic mix of wisdom that turns dross to gold. These seeds traverse our thinking, feeling and acting. They address the whole, interconnected person, physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual, and engage us in facing our inner demons, letting go of what pulls us back, taming our egos so that soul emerges, appreciating what we have and who we are (including our potential), and reaching out to others with acceptance and love.
