About

The young German scientist Ludwig Stirner, a graduate student of Professor Gehre, is engaged in reflexology, but due to lack of money he leaves his scientific work and becomes the secretary of the banker Karl Gottlieb. Stirner is courting one of the employees, Elsa Gluck, but she prefers the bank's legal adviser, Otto Sauer, to him. In his free time, the man continues his experiments and manages to create a device for transmitting thoughts at a distance, based on the principle of radio waves. Starting with projecting moods and emotions first in dogs, then in people, he gradually moves on to transmitting mental orders. Having convinced himself of the reliability of his device, Ludwig begins to implement a multi-stage plan that should solve all his problems at once.
