Remote Access: An International Political Thriller

Annie Logan, wife of the President's chief of staff, receives a chilling computer message warning of dire consequences if her husband doesn't stop the president from signing a tariff order against China. Brushed off as drunk paranoia, Annie turns to Marcie Kane and FBI consultant Nathan Harris, who uncover a deadly plot by Chinese hacker Yang Lee. When the president signs the order, Lee's plan fails, and his employers want him dead. Desperate to redeem himself, Lee targets a presidential rally in Tampa, rigging the fire system to unleash poison gas. As chaos erupts, Marcie is trapped inside with the president, while Nathan races to stop the attack and save lives.
