Master Dane Bellamy was once the commander of the West Creek Guardians, a pack of wolf-shifters charged with protecting local shifter packs. Over a century ago, tragedy struck his growing family, driving him away with a fierce need for revenge. Marie hopes to bow out of the lab gracefully and dedicate more time to writing in the near future. Until then, she will continue to sneak to the library to write or greet the crack of dawn with her computer, because nothing attracts kids or an old cat like sitting with an open laptop on the couch.
