Penny Whistle's journey from playing in the gutter with an elderly man down on his luck to playing at the Royal Albert Hall with a full concert orchestra. On his wonderful journey he falls in love with the beautiful Oboe, much to the consternation of both Stradivarius and Steinway to whom he's just a tin whistle of inferior manufacture who should not be allowed anywhere near their prestigous orchestra.
