Madness of Captain Cyclops

When the testing of a nuclear-powered invisibility device goes awry, Captain Rudolph Von Dorn transforms into the evil Captain Cyclops. Soon, he and his mutated crew set out on a path of destruction, blowing up islands and seaside towns with their nuclear-powered Destructo Beam. Dr. I.N. Stein and Colonel Bragg call on the Kid Squad - Pi, Athena, Gadget, and Tank - to come to the rescue. With their help, along with Captain Von Dorn's daughter Jenny, can the world be saved from the madness of the evil Captain Cyclops?
