When the testing of a nuclear-powered invisibility device goes awry, Captain Rudolph Von Dorn transforms into the evil Captain Cyclops. Soon, he and his mutated crew set out on a path of destruction, blowing up islands and seaside towns with their nuclear-powered Destructo Beam. Dr. I.N. Stein and Colonel Bragg call on the Kid Squad — Pi, Athena, Gadget, and Tank — to come to the rescue.
