Human Rights and Protecting Individuals

In this volume, the importance of human rights in the mission of the UN and the approach it takes to protecting human rights are explored, as are the principles of international law, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Students will gain a deep appreciation for the ways the UN addresses this critical issue in Human Rights and Protecting Individuals.
