We have organized our book, How to Help Your Colon Do its Job, in five parts and twenty-six chapters. There are thirty-four illustrations. Part One describes and illustrates the anatomy and functions of the human digestive system. Part Two discusses ways to help normal colons work better. Part Three talks about some of its common troubles and fixes. Part Four goes into more serious colon problems, and Part Five deals with related subjects. We sincerely hope our readers will enjoy our work, and that it may prove useful.
