Story of Olympic gymnast and motivational speaker Dominique Dawes. She knew what she wanted-a gold medal in the Olympics-and she worked to make it happen, winning her first at age 19. With her personal motto, "Determination, dedication, and desire," Dominique went on to win two more Olympic gold medals in gymnastics.
