Goldfish Bowl

Gordie the goldfish and his friends enter a bowling tournament, hoping to win the ten-gallon aquarium that is the grand prize so that they can play together all the time. This series exposes fluent readers to a variety of genre and text structures to learn to compare and contrast nonfiction and fiction in two parts. The first part is a unique side-by-side format that provides the opportunity to develop multiple reading comprehension strategies and increase fluency.
