I have always had a passion for cooking and consider cooking to be a labor of love. Prior to becoming a professional cook I used to try cooking from recipe books but the end product often turned out to be a poor reflection of what was in the recipe book. I did not have the correct cooking instruments equipment and I would often get the measurements wrong. This made me wonder whether I would ever fulfill my ambition to be a chef.
