About
These days citizens must be politically astute as so many government policies and laws impact their everyday life. Mistrust and dissatisfaction with politicians have become the new normal: Can they be trusted? Do they speak the truth? This book will help you to decide. It will challenge your thinking and make you more aware of the political landscape; therefore, you are less likely to be fooled or misled. The Questions and Answers Section gives you the tools to deal with leading questions, biased questions, misleading questions and rhetorical questions. Weaknesses in the question or questioners can also be exploited to give a fitting reply.Section 2 gives a critical assessment, evaluation, and commentary on recent political events. You may disagree with me, but they will challenge your thinking. There is also a discussion of the X-factor and Simon Cowell.
