Carla's Adventure in Kenya

Carla wants to learn a new game. She gets more than that when Grandma Silvia shows her a special necklace from the traveling trunk. They are whisked away to Kenya where Carla meets the Samburu tribe. Missy Tarantino is a full-time teacher in Northern Colorado. She works with children who are just learning English and come from all over the world. Her books are written with the help of her students and their families.When she isn't in the classroom, you'll find her out having adventures of her own. She is an amateur race car driver and loves going fast on autocross courses.
