So the not so challenging songs', ones in which your left hand (fretting hand) does not need to move out of position, are at the front of the book. As you progress the songs become more challenging and your left hand will have to move out of position, and up and down the fingerboard. You can start playing duets. if you have a friend who plays the guitar, piano etc, then they could play the chord while you play the melody on the ukulele.
