The world is in grave danger and no one knows it, no human anyway, except for thirteen-year-old Benton Johnson. The adventure grows more dangerous as it continues on for Benton and his ragtag group of friends. Armed with the power to speak with animals, Benton must finish his desperate race to rescue the ancient tortoise Tu'i Malila before the possessed pirate Black Bellamy consumes her powerful life force and destroys the world.
