Altered on the Appalachian Trail

On August 3, 1973, from atop Katahdin, a sacred mountain in north-central Maine,
Mike Rayder had not only found himself but much more since he had worked hard to
overcome adversity along the way making him open to receive the gifts that the
Appalachian Trail can give to the willing pilgrim/seeker.
