Bill and Kim want to go swimming with their friends, James and Patty, but they don't know how to swim... A special program called "Every Child A Swimmer" teaches them all they need to know - plus, how to stay safe in the water.

This story follows Bill, Kim, and their dog, Ralph, on a journey that takes them out of their backyard and into the pool!
