He is believed to have lived in ancient Greece between 620 and 560 BC. He was clever and good at telling stories. His stories are short, but they are full of wisdom and teach children moral lessons.Aesop's fables are among the best known in the world and have been translated in many languages and become popular in dozens of cultures. They have been told and retold in various forms, from spoken form to written storybooks, stage, film and animated cartoon versions. Qiliang Feng has been teaching English in senior high schools since 1983. A passionate advocate for integrating reading into TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), he specializes in adapting and simplifying graded ESL (English as a Second Language) and EFL (English as a Foreign Language) readers.
