Zoe has written many stories throughout her life, but never once desired to be inside one. Everything changes when she follows a boy to an abandoned house on the outskirts of their city. She expected some creaky floorboards and laughs, not death, fear, and an undead family hell-bent on ripping her limb from limb. Now, she is stuck sneaking around trying to save herself and her friends from certain death at the hands of electric ghouls. Zoe never wanted to be a part of a horror story, but she would be damned if she didn't survive this one.
