About
Jesus is a gentleman who gently woos us. He doesn't force, abuse, or lie. He loves us unconditionally, even knowing all the terrible things we have done (and may still do). Yet, He died for you. That's how much He loves. Sin separates us from Him, and He doesn't want that. He desires a beautiful, personal relationship with us. So, He bridged that gap.
John 3:16—17 (NIV):
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”
(If you haven't accepted God into your heart, but want that, there is a prayer at the end of this letter)
This devotional reflects God—not me—so you won't find personal stories for every devotion.
