The restaurant revival consultant Toshizo Kitakata stops the manager of a ramen shop, Katagiri, from being punched by its owner. Having his ramen denied by his customers, the manager quits the shop and is led into training by Kitakata. However, the training grounds is the soba shop Mumyoan where Katagiri stays to train and where he's forced to do a lot of strange things...!!
