The Wolkenschloss is located high up in the Swiss mountains, a venerable grand hotel that has long since passed its heyday. But when the famous New Year's Eve ball takes place at the turn of the year and guests from all over the world arrive, it crackles with excitement under the magnificent chandeliers.
