Up, Up in the Air

When Jamar sees a newspaper ad for a kite-flying contest, he decides he is up for the challenge. Jamar and his father make a trip to the library, where they find some books on making and flying kites. Jamar learns about lift and drag, but does he learn enough to make the winning kite?
