The Woman Under the Bridge

Jay Delp, a veteran Marine, returns to his hometown of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, to step into his new role as police chief while caring for his ailing father. On the eve of his first day on the job, two fishermen discover the body of a woman in Biloxi Bay. As city officials push for a quick resolution, Jay finds himself uncovering the dark secrets hiding beneath the surface of his once-familiar town.
