About
If you could travel back to the world of ancient Palestine and hear Jesus teach in his own native tongue, what would you learn? On The Hidden Gospel, Biblical scholar Neil Douglas-Klotz decodes early New Testament scriptures written in Aramaic, the original language of the first Christians.
What lies hidden within these scriptures may surprise you: a visionary Christ who revealed a grand cosmology based on the earthy wisdom of an ancient desert people. Learn more about these essential teachings, along with meditations to reflect on these words just as the early Christians did.
Highlights:
• How the breath serves as a link to divine consciousness
• Body-based prayer, the original form of worship used by the earliest Christians
• Alaha: the sacred unity between God and all of creation
• Reaching the fullness of your potential through the practice of deep peace
