This album is written and broadcast by Liu Zhao, the founder of internal control early childhood education thinking in China. After over ten years of careful research and a large number of case studies, Mr. Liu Zhao, who has served as the director of many international early childhood thinking centers, has thoroughly compared the advantages and disadvantages of existing early childhood education methods, and has integrated the contents of pedagogy, early childhood education courses, developmental psychology, evolutionary psychology, economy and management. He has also completed the systematic theory of Chinese parents' early childhood education thinking.
The Internal Control Early Childhood Education Thinking Theory System is aimed at the core problem of parents' lack of system thinking ability in the process of child rearing, which makes it difficult to achieve the effect by using existing education methods, which will lead to children not being able to avoid the problem of social temptation as they grow older. The focus is on cultivating parents' early education thinking, enabling parents to be able to help children build internal control from an early age, balancing the reality of natural development and social requirements, and promoting children's growth from the inside out.
Children with internal control are more responsible for their own behaviors, active, optimistic, open-minded, tenacious, strong, and friendly. More importantly, when children gradually acquire the ability to think independently and distinguish between right and wrong, they will also lay a solid foundation for coping with various social temptations and challenges in the future.
It is hoped that the early education thinking of this system can provide the whole family with detailed yet simple in-depth thinking, and can give examples of a three-part parenting solution. It includes several internal control early education thinking principles, original FCTE internal control communication methods, and ideology focusing on children's future growth. The complete work is 30 lectures in total and will be updated weekly. After each episode, there are interactive topics and the author will discuss them with the listeners.
