iMeditate Guided Practice Audio Series

In this introductory guided breathwork practice, Sharon Salzberg teaches you a time-tested way to calm the mind and improve concentration by counting the breath. Without stress or self-judgment, we simply rest in the natural rhythm of each breath, mentally noting "in" and "out" as we attend to the pure sensations of respiration. An introductory guided meditation to improve concentration by attending to the breath.
