Dragon Fighter

As part of an experiment, the military takes a DNA sample from a creature believed to be a fire-breathing dragon and creates a clone of the beast. When the thing escapes, the only person who stands between the dragon and his desire to destroy the world is security officer David Carver (Dean Cain).
