W Is for Waragi

Two army officers are posted to the restive Karamoja region of Uganda where they soon patronise a nearby bar operated by a snoopy, but patient old man for a regular drinking session of waragi, a tough local liquor. One evening at the bar unravels a cruel history that had been waiting to be buried. But just how much of this history can the tough liquor wash away?
