The Weather Belt

In wake of the Council's exile, the Guardians of Kawts have been hard at work rebuilding the city. The peace is interrupted by the arrival of an urgent message from Alpen - Ethos has taken over the capital in his search for a powerful ancient weapon. As the Council's plans become clear, Timothy and his friends must race through a dangerous compound to reach the Weather Belt before the Council does.

But all is never as it seems when the Council is involved, and this time is no exception.
