Donna M Osteen was born in 1961 in Peoria, Illinois. Donna brought up two kids. The older son is Garrett Osteen Jr., while the younger son is Emanuel Osteen. Lula M. Trapps, Donna's mother, was born in 1942. Tom Trapps Sr., her father, was born in 1941. Donna was the third of six children to be born. Three sisters, two brothers, five adopted children-three boys and two girls-and 11 total siblings make up her biological family.
