Evolution

This story has an idyllic backdrop, after a massive political upheaval America is embarking on a new path having abolished the economic system. In a country of satellite city states a killer relocates to the beautiful care state to escape his past. His past however won't release him and when he starts to feel emotions that he'd never imagined before he ends up torn between primal urges and love. All the time a helpless witness is unable to intervene from within his paralyzed body.
