The Death of Thera is Volume II of the saga, Earth: The Salvage Game. In Volume I, we were introduced to the characters in this saga, and how they evolved into a group with a common goal. In this volume, we discover that the one-body/one-life theory no longer holds water, as our protagonist relates his recollections of past lives, and why he is drawn to participate in this group....... a group hell-bent on saving the human race from itself.
