Freeing Cinderella

This book is based upon the original tale of Cinderella written by the Grimms Brothers yet with quite a different twist. It is a story of emancipation and how a young woman held captive liberates herself from a diabolical father and his family.
Our author, Melissa McGrath, initially authored the book as a requirement for a university course. Mel hopes the book inspires and encourages you to reach out to other women available to you for support. May the tale also give you a sense of optimism about gaining a voice in the most oppressive societies.
